Due to the nature of our fulfillment model and supplier agreements, we do not offer general returns, change-of-mind returns, or fit-based returns. All purchases are considered final unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is present.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, personal preference regarding fabric, material, color tone, texture, or weight, dissatisfaction related to delivery timing, event-related purchases, or minor variations in appearance caused by lighting, photography, or screen display differences. Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and product descriptions carefully prior to placing an order.
Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed. A manufacturing defect refers to a structural fault present upon arrival, such as a broken zipper, torn fabric, significant stitching failure, or a construction issue that renders the garment unwearable.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within seven days of delivery at info@claxoria.com and provide clear photographic evidence, including a full image of the item and close-up images of the alleged defect. Our team will review the claim and respond within three to five business days. If a defect is confirmed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. In some cases, return of the item may not be required. If a defect is not confirmed, the request will be declined.
No item may be returned without prior written authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded. Items must not be sent to the sender’s address on the original parcel unless explicitly instructed.
All delivery timeframes displayed on our website or at checkout are estimates. International shipments may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, carrier processing, seasonal demand, or other logistical factors outside our control. Delivery delays do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund once an order has been processed or shipped.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Processing begins shortly after checkout to ensure timely fulfillment.
Claxoria does not operate a domestic warehousing return model and does not provide unconditional cooling-off or change-of-mind return rights beyond what is explicitly stated in this policy. All purchases are governed by the terms agreed to at the time of checkout.
If a return is authorized due to a confirmed defect, the customer must follow the return instructions provided. Items must be returned in unworn, unused condition, in original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
We fully cooperate with payment providers and dispute resolution processes and provide documentation including product listings, policy agreement records, shipment tracking confirmation, and customer correspondence where required.
