Orders are fulfilled through our global distribution network and shipped directly from our processing facilities to the destination provided at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, promotional campaigns, or high-volume seasons. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch the order and does not include transit time.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or redirected.

Estimated delivery time for most destinations is generally between eight to twelve business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, clearance procedures, local courier delays, weather conditions, or other logistical factors outside of our control. Such delays do not qualify as grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

Claxoria is not responsible for carrier scanning delays or tracking update intervals.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Claxoria is not liable for failed delivery attempts resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel from the local carrier. Orders returned due to customer error may be subject to reshipping fees.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities. Claxoria does not control and is not responsible for such charges.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, customers must notify us within fifteen days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution based on the shipping confirmation and tracking records.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must contact us within seven days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging and item condition. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
