If you already received tracking, wait 24–72 hours for the first scan to appear.
Tip: copy/paste your tracking number directly from your shipping email to avoid typos.
What to expect
- First scan delay: tracking can take 24–72 hours to show movement after shipment.
- “Not Found” / “Unavailable”: usually means the carrier hasn’t updated yet. Your parcel is still in transit.
- Delivery timing: varies by destination and local carrier processing.
Tracking results are displayed via a third-party provider. We can’t control any ads that may appear inside the tracking window.
FAQ
My tracking says “Not Found.” What should I do?
Wait 24–72 hours. Most carriers don’t show updates until the first scan is recorded. If it still doesn’t update after 72 hours, email support with your order number.
I entered the tracking number but nothing happens.
Make sure there are no extra spaces. Use “Copy Tracking” then paste it again. If it still doesn’t load, refresh the page and retry.
Where do I find my tracking number?
It’s inside your Shipping Confirmation email from info@claxoria.com. Check Spam/Promotions too.
I need help right now. What should I send support?
